Yes, you read correctly, this November, Infinity Ward’s 2007 masterpiece of a title, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, will indeed drop for Nintendo’s Wii via a direct port from other COD developer Treyarch.
COD: MW for Wii is tagged to release November 10 to coincide with Modern Warfare 2 for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. Wii gamers may be late to the party, but at least the party is freakin’ awesome.
No word on the implementation of motion-controls in said title, but, if Treyarch’s previous endeavor, COD:3 for Wii, is any model for reference, we’ll hopefully see the formula that worked well rehashed and possibly buffed by MotionPlus support. Furthermore, the press release left all to guess concerning multiplayer support, but as always, keep up with Blast to stay in the know!
