Katy Perry was spotted out on the town on Wednesday night with possible new flame John Mayer. The two were seen out to a romantic dinner together and holding hands across the table at Chateau Marmont in LA, reports MTV.
The two also reportedly had a pizza night at Perry’s abode in June, a month before Perry’s divorce from Russell Brand was finalized. Mayer and Perry met in 2009, just before Perry met Brand at the MTV Video Music Awards.
On the cusp of a possible new romance, Perry told Elle Magazine that love and marriage are a possibility for the future. In the September issue, Perry said, “I’m a woman who likes to be courted, strongly. Never say never, I guess you’d say,” the magazine’s cover girl said, according to MTV. “I’ll let love take the lead on that.”
